Please, make sure you follow these instructions:
1. Choose ONE of the following topics and write a for and against essay (100-120 words).
- Should academic competition be encouraged at school?
- Should students be punished for not attending school?
- Should exams be used to test students' knowledge?
You can have a look at the Writing Guide on page 114.
2. Send your text to iesgabrielferrater@gmail.com [Deadline: Friday, 18th January, 2008]
3. Read and make useful comments on your partners' compositions (write to at least 3 partners). Your comments can refer to content and/or form (grammar, vocabulary, etc.) Don't forget to sign your comments. [Deadline: Saturday, 26th January, 2008]
4. You will be assessed according to your composition and the quality/usefulness of the comments you write to your partners.
