I choose the second topic, “should students be punished for not attending school?”
In my opinion, the fact of punishing students of BAT for skipping class is unnecessary because that isn’t compulsory. Children must be punished for skipping class, but they studying primary education or secondary education obligatory so teachers have punishing students. Furthermore students of BAT are 18 years old and we are responsible of our facts.
In other hand, punish students is good, but exist other ways for do this things, many type of retaliation, for example lowers the marks but no lack of attendance. However, this lacks, can justify lacks unjustifiable or only can be forged.
I think that exist other methods more consistent and more effective for attract students to assist class.

I agree with you in the idea that students of not compulsory school don't need to be punished about skipping classes.
Well, the methods of the teachers and the schools maybe aren't be the best solution to the problem but maybe we
could look it from the teacher's eyes
and see how every time more students skip classes, finally the theacher will do classes to the sheeps.

Be careful with some of your sentences, some mistakes make them difficult to understand... For example:
Children must be punished for skipping class, but they studying primary education or secondary education obligatory so teachers have punishing students. Do you really mean "BUT"... I'm sure you'll find a better word... And remember that "they studying" is not a correct structure... If you pretended to write a present continuous, you need an auxiliary verb, don't you?
What is the connector to show contrast??? Beginning with O, and 4 words... come on, you can get it!
On your second paragraph you say that punishing students is good... Could you support this idea with more arguments?
Don't forget the meaning of "assist" in English... I'm sure you didn't mean that!
